After an extensive 20+ years career in the financial services industry developing technology standards & practices and leading change as an IT Vice President, Kelvin has started multiple consulting practices specializing in software development, EAI/middleware/legacy integration, enterprise architecture, and large-scale program management. Kelvin and his team have successfully led and run several enterprise strategy initiatives for global clients desiring to optimize, grow or “rightsize” operations.
Kelvin’s success stems from his ability to remain focused on core business lines and competencies while effectively ushering in appropriate and measured “change.”
